Macaron Baking Classes

Our classes are taught by our head chefs in our Hampstead Studio. We can also teach classes in your own home, upon request, for an additional fee. Booking Policy: Classes can be booked via phone () or email (). Group Class Dates are scheduled by Ganache Macaron Staff. Private Classes and One on One Classes can be arranged based on the student(s) availability and our head chefs’ availability. Once (a) place(s) in our class is booked, students may amend their booking up to 48 hours before their scheduled booking.
Late-comers Policy: Students whom arrive to a class more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be admitted into the class; as this disrupts the flow of the class. Late-comers will NOT be entitled to a refund or re-booking, and will need to pay an additional fee to re-book.
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to their class date, for a full refund (for vouchers purchased through a third party, refunds may need to be requested via the third party). Students may also re-book their class, with 48 hours notice from their booked class date. Students whom fail to attend their booked class date, whom arrive more than 10 minutes late or whom do not give at least 48 hours notice when re-booking will NOT be entitled to a refund or rebooking, and will need to pay an additional fee to re-book.
In the case that Ganache Macaron staff must cancel a booked class date, students will receive the choice of a full refund or to re-book. We aim to give students at least 5 working days notice for all cancellations made by Ganache Macaron staff, and we will contact students via their provided email address to notify them of any relevant cancellations.
One on One/Private Classes: Students whom fail to attend their booked One on One or Private Class on their booked date and time or whom arrive more than 20 minutes late, will NOT be entitled to a refund. Students will need to pay an additional fee of £25 to rebook. As we are a working production bakery, it is disruptive to our baking schedule when students fail to arrive for their booked class time.
