Audrey is the founding director of Ganache Macaron. Originally from Paris, Audrey sought to bring quality and traditional French macarons to the United Kingdom. She aims to take this treat further and further with bespoke creations and unique flavours.

Paul is the co-director of Ganache Macaron. Introduced to the French macaron by Audrey, he would have never imaged that a few years later he would be baking these dainty treats on an almost daily basis. Paul also manages Ganache Macaron's London-based bakery.

Felix is one of our macaron chefs. He can be found in the Ganache Macaron bakery, baking and pairing up massive batches of macarons. He is a pro at piping, pairing and filling macarons with speed and accuracy.
